Get Fit with Lola
We are currently working in collaboration with Pre and Postnatal fitness Instructor Lola of Pudding Club Fitness. She provides specialist gym-free exercise classes that aim to improve the health and fitness of women in pregnancy and motherhood.
Lola specialises particularly in Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise. She runs the fitness classes as a way to share her expertise with expecting, new and experienced mums on how to exercise safely, effectively and progressively, all in a FUN and welcoming environment with little need for childcare.
